I wanted to share a quick Easter craft project. I few weeks ago I found these little bunny ornaments at a dollar store. This last week I was surfing craft blogs when I saw a tutorial for gorgeous paper tulips. I added the tulips to my ever expanding list of projects I would like to make. I am inspired by so many of the beautiful projects I see online, but recently have not had time to craft. The winter Pinterest challenge hosted by Sherry of Young House Love gave me the motivation I needed to take a hour to craft.
While I haven’t seen any tulips yet this year, tulips are one of my favorite flowers because they are one of the first flowers of spring. Here is a photo that I took last spring when I visited the Tulip Library on the National Mall in Washington, DC. Aren’t the tulips cheerful?
